BIOGRAPHY

The Noir Movement, an innovating, genre bending band out of Las Vegas. With backgrounds from classical, to jazz, to hip-hop, to rock, and even electronic music. A six-piece band that consists of keys, 2 guitars, bass, drums, and trumpet to form one unique and organic sound. A beautiful and sonically defining sound filled with jazzy chords, heavy grooves, rhythmic bottom end, topped over with soulful and brassy lines from the trumpet. As we stay true to ourselves, we find influences from: Robert Glasper, Miles Davis, Kanye West, Chon, Beethoven, BadBadNotGood, Two Door Cinema Club, Local Natives, and Coldplay. As we are an instrumental band, we are also collaborate with other artist who are in need of band; whether they need a touring band, in studio band, or a band for live performances. Artist we've done work for: Mike Xavier, BIGHOMIESTONE, REDX, Chop808, CABRERA, MAEJOY, ITSRAYIGUESS, Elle Hope, JTruth, TEEJ, MAC NEALY, Jack Higgins, Camden West, and Luna.

While backing up numerous artist in Las Vegas, we are currently in the studio working on our album, “ROUGE.” A modern new age, jazz, contemporary album. A concept album about playing what we want from our personal background and forming one cohesive sound; we’ve been writing and composing for 6 years and counting. The album is filled with 10 original compositions all written from members in the band with some help from artists around the world! Please be on the look out!
